Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

Service Agreement<\/h2>\n

By engaging Wellies & Paws for pet care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 
\n
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the \"Client\") and Wellies & Paws (the \"Service Provider\").\n <\/p>\n

1. Service Booking and Cancellation<\/h2>\n

1.1 Booking<\/h3>\n

\u2022 All bookings must be made in advance by telephone, email or WhatsApp 
\u2022 A meet and greet must be arranged before any service commence 
\u2022 Regular booking slots are subject to availability 
\u2022 We reserve the right to decline service for any reason\n <\/p>\n

1.2 Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n

\u2022 24 hours\u2019 notice is required for cancellation of any scheduled service 
\u2022 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged at full rate 
\u2022 No-shows will be charged at full rate 
\u2022 Should any dog become aggressive or dangerous, the Walker may terminate this dog walking contract with immediate effect 
\u2022 Any wrongful or misleading information in the Pet and Client\u2019s information sheets may constitute a breach of terms of this Dog Walking Contract and be grounds for instant termination thereof 
\u2022 Should Wellies and Paws take annual leave, the client will be given a minimum of 14 days\u2019 notice\n <\/p>\n

2. Health and Safety<\/h2>\n

2.1 Pet Requirements<\/h3>\n

\u2022 All pets must be up to date with vaccinations 
\u2022 Dogs must be wearing a collar with ID tag 
\u2022 Dogs must be treated regularly for fleas and worms 
\u2022 Any aggressive behaviour must be disclosed before service begins\n <\/p>\n

2.2 Emergency Care<\/h3>\n

In the event of a medical emergency, we will: 
\u2022 Contact you immediately 
\u2022 Transport your pet to the designated veterinary clinic if necessary 
\u2022 Follow your emergency care instructions as provided\n <\/p>\n

3. Service Delivery<\/h2>\n

3.1 Walking Services<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Standard walks are 30 or 60 minutes (depending on your agreement) 
\u2022 Maximum of 6 dogs per group walk 
\u2022 Weather-appropriate adjustments may be made 
\u2022 Routes may vary based on safety and conditions\n <\/p>\n

3.2 Home Visits<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Standard visits are 30 or 60 minutes (depending on your agreement) 
\u2022 Keys must be provided for access 
\u2022 Home security procedures will be followed\n <\/p>\n

4. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

4.1 Dog Walking<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Full payment is due a maximum of 7 days after the service has been provided. 
\u2022 Full payment is to be made by either bank transfer or cash. A late payment fee of 2.5% will be added to the agreed daily fee for each day the payment is not made. 
\u2022 Prices are subject to periodic review and change\n <\/p>\n

4.2 Pet Services<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Payment is required before or at the time of service 
\u2022 Prices are subject to periodic review and change\n <\/p>\n

4.3 Bitch in Season<\/h3>\n

\u2022 The client acknowledges that if the dog is a female and is 'in season', it may not be appropriate or safe to walk her during this time. Wellies & Paws agrees not to take the dog on walks during her season to ensure her health, safety, and comfort.
\u2022 The client agrees to notify the walker immediately upon the dog entering season. This should indicate any relevant dates or duration of the season to help schedule future walks accordingly.
\u2022 If the dog is in season, the Client and the Walker can come to an agreement to offer alternative services, such as gardenpotty breaks and indoorgarden playtime. 
\n <\/p>\n

5. Insurance and Liability<\/h2>\n

Wellies & Paws maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for dog walking and pet care services. 
\u2022 We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions 
\u2022 We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment during the provided service. 
\u2022 We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or sickness incurred to your dog(s) whilst in the care of Wellies & Paws. 
\u2022 We accept no liability for any breach of security or loss or damage to the owner\u2019s property if any other person has access to the property during the term of this agreement. 
\u2022 The client is solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by your dog(s) whilst under the care of Wellies & Paws, and you agree to indemnify Wellies & Paws in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties. 
\u2022 Wellies & Paws is released from all liability related to transporting dog(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the dog(s) and the expense thereof. 
\u2022 The client acknowledges that the transport of the pet in a vehicle is undertaken at the client\u2019s own risk and releases Wellies & Paws from all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to the pet during transportation.\n <\/p>\n

Security<\/h3>\n

Wellies & Paws warrants to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access codes and personal information of the Client at the end of the contract period or immediately upon demand.<\/p>\n

6. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h2>\n

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone under the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the General Data Protection Act of 2018.\nThis includes: 
\u2022 Contact information 
\u2022 Pet health records 
\u2022 Emergency contact details 
\u2022 Service history\n <\/p>\n

7. Modifications to Terms<\/h2>\n

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be: 
\u2022 Posted on the website 
\u2022 Notified to clients via email 
\u2022 Effective immediately for new clients 
\u2022 Effective after 30 days for existing clients\n <\/p>\n
